Product History
John Jameson founded his distillery in Dublin in 1780 to realise his ambition of making the highest quality whiskey possible. Today Jameson is still made in our Single Distillery in Midleton, Co Cork, Ireland following our founder's tradition of using the finest ingredients and triple distillation to achieve our signature smoothness.

- Alcohol product can only be purchased by individuals who are 19 years old and above.
- We only sell alcoholic product to end-consumers. If you resell the purchased alcoholic products, you may be punished for violating the regulations of the National Tax Service.
- To receive the purchased product, you must visit PRK Retail office directly (Youngpoong Building 17F, Pernod Ricard Korea) and after confirming the Age & Identification of the purchaser, you can pickup the ordered product. When visiting the office, you must bring an identification card to verify your identity.
- Purchased products can only be received within 5 days including the date chosen by the customer for pick-up. If you need to collect the products later than 5 days after purchase, please contact our customer service center.
- If you are unable to visit on the specified available pickup date after purchase payment, or even after pickup the product, you can request a refund within the period specified by law.
- Refund is only available for full purchasing payment, no partial refund can be accepted.
- In case of full refund, please contact our customer service center separately ((In the D&C website, order cancellation is only available before pickup the ordered product).
Every St. Patrick’s Day, Jameson commemorate its Irish heritage by collaborating with some of the finest artists and illustrators Ireland has to offer. Each year one artist’s design and name appears alongside John Jameson’s on the St. Patrick’s Day Limited Edition Bottle.
This year, our bottle was designed by local artist Steve McCarthy, who merged historical and contemporary Dublin with his own unique style. Discover more about the man behind the bottle below.
Steve’s work is often inspired by the playful use of words that the Irish are famous for. The design focuses on the origins of an Irish phrase, “chancing your arm”, which internationally translates as taking a shot in the dark or stepping out of your comfort zone.
